Raegan played softball for 13 years! She graduated from Cape Henlopen High School, class of 2018 and played Varsity Softball all four years. She also played for Mcdaniel College in Westminster Maryland.

PJ played at Deer Park High School in Deer Park, NY. He then played D3 ball at Farmingdale State College for 2 years and then 2 years at D2 Queens College. After college PJ played in the Empire League and the Pecos League. He is currently playing for the Road Warrior Black Sox Organization. PJ specializes in baseball batting and fielding. He will be at our Millsboro location on Thursday & Friday evenings.
Jamie specializes in Baseball batting, fielding and strength and conditioning. Jamie was a 3 time all conference outfielder, also 3 time all state. His senior year of high school he was selected 83rd overall in the 2012 draft by the Texas Rangers. Jamie played 3 years in the minors making stops In Spokane Washington, myrtle beach SC, And Frisco Texas. Jamie also leads our football training. Jamie played wide receiver at the University of Delaware. Jamie is at our Millsboro location every Monday!

He opened the Sports House 10 years ago to focus on teaching athletes baseball & Softball and is now one of the top instructors on Delmarva. Cody specializes in Softball batting, fielding, and youth pitching. He also specializes in Baseball pitching, batting, and fielding.
Curtis became an instructor at the Sports House in 2023. Curtis is our lead Soccer instructor. He can work with any position player on the field. Curtis has 18 years of Varsity and Middle School coaching experience. He will be working out of our Millsboro location every Monday!
